Fuerte temblor en Colombia: el movimiento fue de magnitud 5.9

◉ El movimiento telúrico se sintió en Bogotá, Medellín y Bucaramanga

EL VENEZOLANO COLOMBIA | EL TIEMPO

Un fuerte temblor sacudió a todo el país sobre las 4:18 a. m. De acuerdo con el Servicio Geológico Colombiano, el movimiento fue de magnitud 5.9.

El epicentro fue en La Mesa de los Santos, en Santander, considerado el segundo nido sísmico en el mundo.

Según la Unidad del Riesgo, la profundidad fue de 151 kilómetros y su intensidad fue de 4.

El fuerte sismo despertó a miles de colombianos en la madrugada. El remezón se sintió en varios departamentos de Colombia, como Santander, Antioquia, Cundinamarca, Valle, entre otros.

Incluso, el movimiento telúrico generó una alerta por medio de los dispositivos electrónicos, avisando que estaba ocurriendo un sismo de gran magnitud.

A esta hora, los organismos de socorro están evaluando si hay alguna afectación en los lugares donde se sintió de manera fuerte. 

Por otro lado, se reportó que el movimiento se sintió también en Venezuela y Panamá. Además, tuvo varias replicas.
