Entrevista EXCLUSIVA con Andrés Soto, @andres_soto88, abogado colombo-venezolano residenciado en Medellín, quien ejerció el pasado lunes 09 de Noviembre una acción de tutela contra la Alcaldesa de Bogotá, Claudia López @claudialopezcl, para que se retracte públicamente por sus declaraciones donde asocia el aumento de la criminalidad en Bogotá con la migración venezolana.

¿Cuál son los argumentos legales de esta tutela o protección? Concretamente, si el fallo es favorable, ¿qué medidas debe acatar López? ¿Hay una operación política detrás de este proceso jurídico? Soto nos dice que emprendió la acción legal porque tras escuchar las palabras sobre los venezolanos de la Alcaldesa considera que “vulneró mi derecho fundamental a la igualdad y a no ser discriminado en razón a mi origen nacional”.
