“En estos momentos, en Venezuela los presos políticos no tienen derecho a la defensa”, “Durante la pandemia el Estado venezolano ha intensificado la represión política”, le dijo Alfredo a José Ramón Villalobos, conductor de #elvenezolanohoy.

“La cuarentena ha sido lamentablemente utilizada (por el régimen) para justificar la falta de acceso a las cárceles y la falta de acceso a tribunales y estas personas se quedan alli privadas de libertad sin ningún tipo de justicia” Cifra de impacto: desde enero 2014 al 30 de junio 2020 Foro Penal ha verificado 15,500 detenciones con objetivos políticos en el país.
