Esto es lo que debes hacer si arroja error tu solicitud del PEP

Si presentas algún error durante la solicitud del Permiso Especial de Permanencia (PEP), debes seguir estos seis pasos para notificar el problema:

1. Ingresar al sitio web www.migracioncolombia.gov.co

2. Da clic en sección Venezuela

3. Selecciona la opción PEP Permiso Especial de Permanencia

4. Luego entra a la pestaña Contáctenos Migración Colombia

5. Por último, a la opción Centro virtual de Atención al Ciudadano

6. Aparece una pantalla con un formulario. Escoge la opción “Petición” en tipo de solicitud. Luego, en la opción Motivo, selecciona la que dice: No aparece usuario PEP 

Continúa llenando el formulario y envíalo.

Por correo electrónico debes recibir una notificación de recibido por parte de Migración Colombia. También puedes acercarte a cualquiera de los 27 Centros Facilitadores de Servicios Migratorios de Migración Colombia a nivel nacional, con tus documentos de identificación y los requisitos habilitantes para el otorgamiento.
